The hotel offers a unique, vintage atmosphere that transports you back in time. Coming with a terrace off the room was a lovely surprise, making the stay more enjoyable.
The bathroom layout was poorly designed, putting the toilet awkwardly in front of the shower, which isn’t great for taller guests. Additionally, the breakfast selection fell short with limited choices and items that might not suit everyone's tastes.

I had a lovely stay as a couple for 4 nights in a Double Room. The breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and pastries. The staff, especially Cassi and Joana, were super friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect for exploring the historic center.

The terrace off our room was a lovely surprise! Super clean and great location in the city center. Just wish there wasn't that slow lift to higher floors. 😅

cozy sala de estar, historic center access, free elevator to ticket office
The lack of an elevator is quite inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage!!! Additionally, parking nearby is complicated and requires proactive inquiries!!! The aesthetic of the breakfast area could use a refresh!!! Unpleasant shower setup might deter some!!!

I almost gave a good review, but where’s the complimentary water on arrival? And breakfast? One sad piece of ham and cheese among countless cakes? ! The entrance stair is practically a death trap, not to mention my escalating flexing to reach it in heels. Skip this place if you expect anything special. Absoluteley disappointing.

Clean room, spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast area had a cozy vibe with fresh fruit and pastries available. The ladies at the front desk—Cassi and Joana—were particularly welcoming, answering all my questions with a smile. Location is excellent, right in the city center with several restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking nearby was tricky but manageable. One downside was the lack of elevator access, making it hard to carry heavy luggage to the upper floors. Another issue was the awkward bathroom layout, with the toilet facing the shower, which felt cramped. Still, the sheets were fresh, and the staff's warmth made the stay enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay at Classic. The staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the charming décor throughout the hotel. The double windows in my room blocked out street noise, creating a peaceful atmosphere for rest. Additionally, the breakfast area was cozy and inviting, serving a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit, making it a pleasant start to the day.
The lack of elevator access can be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.
